Asset Nomination

Express interest in SLGAAP via the NHVR Portal

A further Round is scheduled for Phase 2. To nominate your assets for future rounds, please express your interest in SLGAAP by nominating your asset via the NHVR Portal. For detailed steps on how to nominate - download the EOI Guide here.

Read common FAQs about nominating here or view key terms to view the difference between an inspection report and an engineering asset assessment.

The SLGAAP team will contact road managers who nominate assets and complete the expression of interest via the NHVR Portal when future Rounds of nominations are expected to open.

Please consider the asset selection criteria when nominating assets for your local council area. This will be used to prioritise the 'assets of significance' and make sure assessments are completed on assets that provide the greatest connectivity and community benefit. For more information on this selection criteria, see Priority Routes

Registering for the NHVR Portal

If you do not have a current NHVR Portal account (WA and NT users), please register so you are able to nominate your assets.

1. Register yourself as a new user in the NHVR Portal

2. Register your council as a new partner account.

If your council has an account, however, and you are not a current user, please request to be invited to join the account by your account administrator. If the administrator has left council, you may contact the NHVR for your options on being added to the account.
